Shipping Methods

• All orders ship via USPS Ground by default.

• You may choose a different shipping option at checkout if desired.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates vary based on your location and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Processing Time

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:30 PM Eastern Time are processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 3:30 PM, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.

• Processing typically takes 1–3 business days for in-stock items.

• Processing times exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Delivery Times

• Transit times vary; please refer to each product page for estimated delivery times.

• Shipping times start after the order has been processed.

Address Requirements

• Please provide a valid street address; we do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

International Shipping

• We do not offer international shipping at this time but hope to in the future.

Lost or Missing Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first.

• Tracking updates can sometimes occur before delivery.

• If still missing after the estimated delivery date, contact the carrier for assistance.
