Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information

At Vanessa’s Wine Accessories, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as your favorite sip.

Shipping Method & Cost:

  • All orders ship via USPS Ground unless you select a different option at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are based on your location and calculated at checkout.

  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 3:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday, are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:30 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for packing before shipping.

Delivery Time:

  • Transit times vary by location.

  • Processing time is separate from transit time.

Important Notes:

  • A valid street address is required (no PO Boxes).

  • Supply chain delays may affect delivery speed.

Lost or Missing Orders:
If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. Packages sometimes arrive within 24 hours after tracking updates.

International Orders:
We do not currently ship internationally but are working to offer this in the future!


Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges for defective or damaged items of equal value. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide a photo of the issue before removing the item from its packaging. We’ll gladly review your case and arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@getvwa.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can review your case and offer a replacement or solution.
