Yes! We love working with wineries, gift shops, and boutiques.

How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to 1–3 business days for processing. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days after payment. You’ll receive tracking once your package is on the way. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. We recommend checking directly with the carrier for delivery updates.

What’s your return policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges for defective or damaged items of equal value. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide a photo of the issue before removing the item from its packaging. We’ll gladly review your case and arrange the exchange.

Do you give back?
Yes! 10% of every sale supports causes we care about—like mental health, veterans, and pet rescues. Plus, our soon to be partnership with OneHope Wine means that every wine purchase supports charitable causes too. Wine that gives back? Yes, please!

How do I care for my wine accessories?
To keep your accessories looking great, avoid exposure to extreme heat or moisture. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store in a cool, dry place. Please note that some products may have small rhinestones or delicate embellishments —keep these out of reach of children of all ages for safety.
